Second Life's Painted Ladies

 

This my version of Second Life Painted Ladies like in San Francisco.  This version is more whimsical though.  Carpe Diem Designs released the Fachwerk Houses in a variety of colors that can be found at SL Home and Garden Show which benefits the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.  

Today I also share The Seekers of Hope teams story and events they have going on.  Sandie Slate (Sandie Loxingly) the co-captain of The Seekers of Hope RFL team had this to share about her team, "formed in 2020 to participate in the 2020 Relay For Life of Second Life season. Comprised of members from around the world we each have a reason to Relay – our reason to constantly seek hope that a cure is near.   We are a second year team.

The Seekers of Hope, Dragons Nightfall, Stormy’s Stars and Elves of Hope RFL teams invite everyone to Fashion Faire going on until March 7th, a two week fashion-centered shopping event to benefit Relay For Life and the American Cancer Society.   Visit this spring-themed event with shopping, raffles and live entertainment.

We are also participating at the Home & Garden Expo in the RFL teams area. Our store is located on Hope 1 region, just off the bridge that connects from ACS Island behind the Relay For Life building. 

Other events coming up during the month of March is a "Go For the Gold" St. Patrick's theme celebration at Mountain Lion Club and Amusement Park where we will focus on childhood cancers on March 14 from 10am - 7pm slt. This event will feature DJs and live singers helping us raise funds and awareness.  Later in the month we will also have a Jail & Bail event.  Make sure to follow flickr for updates."
