2ND MVW Picture Challenge

For our second picture challenge we were given the inspiration of "Extravaganza Fashion Inspired by Qi Gang".  I looked over his designs and then looked them over some more.   The outcome of the challenge is the picture shown below.  I am also going to post the raw snap shot and the photo shopped photo that I turned in for the challenge.
