Sitting out side on the patio brings back warm memories of spending time with my Father. As a child, I would visit him on weekends, and we would relax on cushioned chairs, sipping ice tea. We enjoyed lessoning to the birds sing and nature sounds all around us, and feeling the cool breeze under the shade of the patio. There was a comfortable silence between us, filled with peace and shared moments.
We would smile at each other and he would answer any questions I asked him .And what felt like minutes turned into hours. Eventually we would hear the call for dinner and our special time together would end. I well forever cherish these memories of love and connection with my Father.
