I was reading through note cards in a group and came across the Ms. Charleston Belle competition.  I headed over to the sim to see what designers it housed.  I ran across this gorgeous dress by Sascha's Design.  A Belle makes me think of the south and a classic traditional style.  I used pearls that are always classic for my jewelry and a very refined hair style.  This is the end product that I submitted to the contest.  I have been chosen as a pre-finalist in the competition.
